What Cash App did:
I have been emailing all my information to cash app since 08-26-21. My account was disconnected from my cash app. I don’t know how which lead me to security concerns. Now cash app has stop incoming calls and referring customers to the app. When you text in the support app no one responds. I have 540 dollars I can’t use for my five kids. I begged them to help me. I keep getting false information and it takes 24 hours for each response from them. I can’t see my money which leads me to think cash app are thieves.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Transfer my funds to my new cash app account.
