I am a Airbnb host that had more than $50000 in potential revenue from reservations for the months of March – June 2020 that Airbnb cancelled and fully refunded back to guests during the COVID pandemic, while overriding my strict(no refund) cancellation policy and leaving me to incur the entire costs of the guests’ cancellations.
