What Google Fi did:
I have been diligently paying for insurance on my phones for over 2 years. My son’s phone broke about 2+ months ago, filed a claim with Google Fi to have it replaced. They sent me a link to “complete the claim” and it didnt work. They have “escelated the issue” but haven’t given me any way to get it replaced or wont replace it and 0 timeline on when THEIR issues will be fixed. I have over 40 emails back and forth with 0 timeline for completion.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
The phone replaced and compensation for my time back-and-forth with Google.
