What AT&T did:
My phone bill was never right it was supposed to be 100:00 for all phone but they kept charging me over 400. I had internet service and moved to somewhere they couldn’t service . So I sent back my equipment to them anf after I moved again to somewhere else that att can get internet service they say I can’t have internet service. Unless I paid for the equipment I sent back to them already . I asked them to send the equipment back to me since they are charging me for it and they would not .
