What AT&T did:
My phone bill was never right it was supposed to be 100:00 for all phone but they kept charging me over 400. I had internet service and moved to somewhere they couldn’t service . So I sent back my equipment to them anf after I moved again to somewhere else that att can get internet service they say I can’t have internet service. Unless I paid for the equipment I sent back to them already . I asked them to send the equipment back to me since they are charging me for it and they would not .

What AT&T did:
They have harassed me nonstop and let someone automatically fund my account with a ackward name. Plus when I tried to talk with them about it the representative name Juan tried to get my phone number on his own and to bug me everyday about sleeping with me. They did nothing about the automatic transaction I was disputing.

What AT&T did:
They were over charging during the height of COVID. Just like the country I had additional expenses due to COVID and they threatened if I did not pay my bill they would turn me and my sons phones off. They never offered additional payment options or anything like some other companies like pseg who were not allowed to turn you off due to COVID and more expenses due to it. So I had to cancel the phone lines because I could not pay the $200+ a month for the bill during the pandemic.

What AT&T did:
ATT TV canceled my service saying my credit card was denied and when I proved I had paid my bill by credit card they refused to reinstate service. Meanwhile I am still on ATT Internet which they won’t let me cancel without an early termination fee. I have spoken to them six times with no resolution.

Interruptions
Bill went from $134 to $169 a month
Pandemic cause me to downgrade to just home phone only

What AT&T did:
AT&T has over charged me for a line on my account that was suppose to be on vacation standby, one of the representatives informed me that they couldn’t issue a credit for the full amount that I was charged because his manager said so. I spoke with the manager that was very combative and Condescending in which she told me to file a claim, she refuses to give me her name and Operator ID

What AT&T did:
At&t has charged me between 1500 and 5000 a month for our service and we only use 4 devices . We also got a letter stating our cpni had been breached and that we are victims of stolen information. Including bring a victim of identity fraud due to this breach

I would also like to seek out a lawsuit due to the identity fraud and the outrageous hackings of my account which has caused there to be 14 devices now on my account idk who has then or how they achieved this obtrocity . It’s wrong for the past two years they have made me pay over 2500 sometimes over three thousand dollars for one month I would like to be compensated
