What Cash App did:
His past Friday morning I transferred $45 to my Lili account, that money was taken out of my CASH APP account so then I get a notification saying the transaction was declined. Keep in mind soon as I see that notification, I start contacting customer support with cash app. Here it is 4 going on 5 days and I hear back from customer support saying that Lily doesn’t accept or support cash app…. If that is so, then why did you debut my money out of my account? That $45 went somewhere and now I am out of that money, cash app WILL NOT REPLACE MY MONEY!!! I also have proof of this all…. What am I supposed to do in this situation?
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund my $45 or something, all I want is my money back in my account this mistake/problem that cash app has created has cost me my more money
