What Chase Bank did:
I have been a customer of Chase bank for 15 years , in the past 2 years I have been dealing with identity theft and it’s an on going nightmare.
My bank account is supposed to have ZERO LIABILITY, however they have not honored their policy nor have they done adequate investigation on claims. I have solid evidence that I was in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania when my card was being charged thousands of dollars at a luxury hotel in Los Angeles, Ca.
They have never sent me any letters explaining their reasons for making me liable for this fraud. I have filed a police report and sent them a copy. Yet they don’t respond. So now I have no choice but to sue.
