What AT&T did:
I was calling a chat line and I accidentally answered another call and the line and I guess AT&T looked at that as three-way calling which goes against their terms they deactivated my cell phone and wouldn’t give me a reason for having my phone turned off in my account deleted

They was billing me when I contacted them to make payment arrangements they took money out of my account because of the card I had listed on file and I ended up being late on my rent and I couldn’t go to work

What AT&T did:
I spoke with a representative on 8-14-2021 and made a payment arrangement with them for 8-27-2021 and 9-10-2021. They suspended my service on 8-18-2921 because their employee did not add the information in the system. I have been on hold for over 1 hour trying to feel this resolved

The need to pay me for my time waiting on hold for them to fix my account

What AT&T did:
Promo was to get $500 towards new device when I upgrade. I was fighting on the unlimited plan since Jan 2021 trying to get the funds. They finally said I upgraded a month early!!? But I had no due to old phone and I was due for upgrade. ! So mad they stole my old phone refuse to send it back and won’t do anything. Switching to Verizon now.

What AT&T did:
Was informed yesterday that I could take the FA off my account without getting a phone. The store told me otherwise so I returned that new phone they didn’t refund me my 56 but charged me a restocking fee. I was ripped off as I was not informed by the store I didn’t need a new phone August 17,2021 and August 18,2021. I do have the chat from last night and I do have receipt of 1.00 they charged me to return the phone I didn’t get a refund at all. 56.00 they charged me a restocking fee and all I got was 1 dollar back after I told them this was taking advantage of the elderly and especially one on fixed income. They didn’t care

What AT&T did:
AT&T charged me over 1,600 more than they needed to in one month and drafted it from my bank and refused to return the money back into my account saying that it was charged from roaming to which I never even left the state this happen on 10/05/2018 and like I have watched other people get the same issues when they say no roaming charges the sneak around when your not paying attention and hit you with the charges

What AT&T did:
My name is Yolanda *****. I lived at {{ address hidden }}, 36925. I was being billed for Uverse services at my old address after I called to have it disconnected. Now, it’s on my credit and to remove it they want me to pay the bill. $149 I can’t upgrade my wireless services either without paying this bill. I don’t think it’s fair that I should be held accountable for something I asked to have turned off. I’m paying the $149 next month because I need a new phone and I feel pinned up if I don’t.

What AT&T did:
I have been unfairly billed by at&got..I bought a iPhone and iPad mini and changed my mind..I returned them and PAID restocking fees only to have them say I owe them for them and service..After months if harassment they had the nerve to turn it over to the credit bureaus..I have bank receipts from Wells Fargo for the restocking fees..I only had the items for a day then returned them..I’m beyond furious at this company!

What AT&T did:
I signed up online for an account during the first year of covid outbreak and it was summer. At&t was offering free extended service and help if u couldn’t pay your bill due to unemployment from covid-19. I signed up and was approved no problem for the unlimited elite plan $50 a month. My bill never was $50 it went up and up and I added my son to my plan and was told that it would be better for me to put him on the unlimited and because it was 2 lines it would be cheaper $107 and I would also revive a free Samsung tablet. I bought a brand new yellow I phonexr for my son paid in full and paid for the activation as well and it was supposed to ship in 2 days I waited 2 weeks and got an empty box no phone and I called had it black listed and they charged me for the phone being stolen then said they waived the shipping and the activation which I had to pay again would be refunded it was 4 months later. The phone bill was $178. And the phones lines were suspended because that’s not what we agreed on now I have a $402. Bill from phone numbers that have been off some March or April so how does the bill keep going higher

I was told I would receive a Samsung tablet for free because of the promotion that they had I would like the tablet and like to have my old cell number back on and it to be put under the ebb promotion
