What Experian did:
I signed up for Experian service via a third party in January 2017. However billing was done by Experian. Sometime the same year Experian deactivated my account but continued to charge me $23.95. In mid 2018 I opened a new Experian account. Now I was being charged for 2 accounts. I discovered the charges in 2019 and called Experian to investigate. They could not find 2 accounts and insisted that I only had one account. Over the past two years I have spent hours on the phone with them to no avail. The charges have continued until today August 17, 2021. Yes almost 5 years. Today I got a very helpful Experian associate on the phone who seemed to know how to work their systems. She is the one who discovered where the first charge was coming from. She’s stopped the charges and refund me 3 months. This is not enough. they have been charging me now for 56 months. I need all of it refunded.
