PayPal Claim for Compensation

What PayPal did:
PayPal closed my personal account after flagging it for fraud because I used my boyfriend’s debit card. My boyfriend got mad at me and called PayPal and lied saying I was not authorized to use the card, which could not be true as the card was in my possession in my wallet, given to me by him that day. Since this happened years ago PayPal has put a flag against my social security number and will not let me make an account again which I believe is wrong and it’s forming me financially as a lot of stores and places take Paypal as a form of payment, and I cannot use it as I am not able to open an account from a false claim.
It was not right for them to even take the fraud call from my boyfriend as I was together with him at the time that he called. He gave me the debit card from his hand to mine from his possession to mine and told me I was allowed to use it so there was authorized use. PayPal and no way shape or form had any reason to close my account or flag it. PayPal has no reason to keep me from getting an account under my social security number. This harms me even more financially as I run a business out of my home for extra income on the side and PayPal is the biggest payment platform that is taken. This is led me to have to use my new husband’s PayPal account for our business, which makes things much harder later on when I have to do taxes and things like that because names do not match up to the business license.

I would like the ability to open a PayPal account again under my social security number.

What PayPal did:
PayPal held my hard earned money for 6 month. I was stuggling financially and because of that I lost my house. I have a child with disabilities and that was very stressful on me. It made it very hard for me to get through life.

What PayPal did:
I had a order that I needed to be refunded on because I didn’t receive the package. PayPal refused to help me in the situation . I was scammed out of $350 worth of clothes that I never received. I did every single thing they asked of me and absolutely nothing was resolved.

What PayPal did:
PayPal‘s policy procedure require signature confirmation four buyer protection. Package is missing. PayPal does not want to force signature confirmation policy on seller due to Covid. Never received an addendum nor notice that the policy Would not be in place. Policy still listed on PayPal website. Amount $875.00 USD

Hi, my name is Dolph, So last year I started selling merch and personalized items online because of the pandemic and I was doing really good, then one day I received an email from Paypal telling me that my account has been limited for 180 days. It was very hard for me because I didn’t plan for this, so long story short paypal took my money without any explanation whatsoever no email was sent to and I believe the amount was around $17k+.

What PayPal did:
I ordered luggage with samsonite and financed it Thru PayPal. I paid it off before the luggage cam in so I called PayPal told them they said they paid a Brenda *****. I filled a complaint so pay pail called and Brenda ***** gave them a tracking number that went to a adresss on {{ address hidden }} Had nothing to do with me so PayPal kept my 95$ plus hung up on me 3 times. Very rude and a waste so I closed my PayPal account. I want my 95$ plus 100$ for my time

What PayPal did:
Buyer purchased shoes from me. I shipped the shoes on or about August 7, 2021 and provided the tracking number. USPS confirmed delivery to the Buyer. Two week later, the Buyer states ; he never authorized the purchase. I am at a complete lost, the Buyer open a claim , and Paypal refunded the money $345.00. The Buyer has the Shoes and a refund.
