What Verizon Wireless did:
They charged me all kids of unexplainable charges so I canceled my service now they are tryin to still get the money I refuse to pay cause my bill was supposed to be 90$ an it kept goin higher an higher

What Verizon Wireless did:
Suffered traumatic brain injury & coma following catostrophic accident. Upon return to USA called Verizon for help to lower bill. I had been a good customer for 25 yrs. They added me to a 55+ plan that was exactly the same amount but less data!! Called again next month to say there had to be an error. No. And no options, assistance, discount. Was told nothing less expensive available. Explained my situation and $200+++ monthly service for single mom & one son could not be right. Tried multiple times on different occasions but difficult to focus throughout 12 surgeries with general anesthesia and brain issues. Difficulty recovering, COVID problems, only income was disability. Unable to understand agents or their math or read. Then sent a bill saying payments were paused from COVID (which I don’t recall authorizing) & so entire bill due.

Hi called again and no help so I went on pay as you go from grocery store.

They never called once. Just sent bills that were wrong.

Now I’m denied a Dept of Ed Loan for my son’s college b/c $400 Verizon Collections is on credit report. Called Verizon & Equifax – will accept payment but refuse to remove Collections Remark – have to wait 7 years!

Now I have to try to find a personal loan which will put me at a sky high interest rate….if I can even secure one.

I am open to options if Verizon removes the entire thing from my CR

What Verizon Wireless did:
since covid 19 came out I have been getting charged $157 + for my phone bill that is ridiculous and the service is trash and I keep getting charge hidden fees and it’s just a horrible company and since we are in the pandemic still till this day I still can’t pay my phone bill and they don’t care at all they are quick to cut your phone off with no hesitation

What Verizon Wireless did:
I began service with verizon wireless in June 2020 and I’ve always paid my bill on time. In March 2021 I decided to upgrade my device and I was month early to upgrade with my plan, so I had to pay $150 in order to do so. I received the new phone and with it there was a box with a shipping label to return my original phone to Verizon. I erased the phone; turned off find my iphone as instructed and packaged it up and dropped it off at a shipping store down the street from my house where UPS picks up from. Fast forward to June, all of the sudden I see $800 added to my bill. I called and found out that they never received the phone. So I went to the Shipping store to make a complaint, the manager tells me the young man I described it was fired. I also found out he was supposed to give me a receipt when i left it there which he didn’t. So I filed a claim with UPS. They still haven’t given me any amswers. Verizon offered me no potential solutions except to do the things i’d already done. I wasn’t willing to pay the outrageous bill so they interrupted my services even after being on the phone for 3 hours and the woman assured me that my bill was put on hold for 3 weeks so I could try to “find the phone”. Next day my phone was off. I can’t be without a phone. I was forced yo route my number to another carrier. I even tried to file a claim with insurance that i paid $15 a month for but they wouldn’t allow it. This was a nightmare and Im stuck with an extra phone i dont need that they wont even take back to credit my account. Now i’m in collections for $1,000!

What Verizon Wireless did:
We had for Verizon for 6 days,and went back to Consumer cellular. We tried to return the phone we were told we HAD to buy so their service would work on my husband’s phone. They first refused to let us return it as they said it had scratches on the front,which is a lie! Tried to return it the next Saturday. This time they refused it cause they said it had scratches on the back…another lie. I contacted Verizon customer service thru Facebook messenger,as I was instructed by the Verizon app. They said first,we could mail it back to them. Then they said it had to be returned to the store we bought it from. My husband went back 2 or 3 more times to no avail. Finally,he went in this past Tuesday and saw the Manager who never said anything was wrong with the phone,just refused to take it back. Verizon said the phone is eligible to be ,returned, we attempted to return it within the first 14 days. They’re trying to make us pay $672 for the same phone we bought from Amazon for $109. We have no use for their phone! We want to be rid of it and not be charged for something Mac only used 6 days!

I was charged for almost a year for two lines I didn’t know I had. Since inquiring about every time I’m late they shut my phone off and refuse to turn it back on. I used to be able to make a promise to pay and they’d turn it back on until that date now they will not. I’m very sick with cancer and live alone I need my phone. I paid unfairly fir awhile fir lines i didn’t have they wil not credit me even though I have email chats saved where they say they are

What Verizon Wireless did:
On 8/10/21 I reached out to Verizon Wireless in regards to having no service on the phones I have had under contract for almost one year. I was supposed to be sent a network extender under promotion, at no charge. I was charged $249 for the extender and my service was disconnected for the extra amount on my phone bill. I work from my friend phone and lost a full day pay ($154) due to not being able to answer calls from clients. So not only did I get charged $249 for the product that was supposed to be a promotion, I also lost $154 work day (which I am able to provide documentation from my employer) due to having my Verizon service disconnected.
