Cash App Collections Issues
What Cash App did:
My phone was stolen an my money was stolen off of one of my accounts I gave cashapp security team all my information regarding my account and that it is my account, also I had a secondary account also that was linked to my email however I got a new phone with the same email an phone number but I cannot gain access to my old account. I would like to retrieve my money off the account but I haven’t heard anything from cashapp and I’m missing a few hundred dollars.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like a refund and/or access to my account and cash.
