Cash App Locked My Account
What Cash App did:
Cash app wont let me login my main account. I keep getting an errormmessage saying “Something went wrong check connection” but when i log in my secondary account it works fine. Ive spoken tonse eral bots via customer support and email and have spoken to 2 people. The responses are always automated and scripted and dont provide any clarity on my situation. There is aprox $1000 in my accounf i cant access that i needed for various obligations. If you can help please reach out
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Would like my money back in a timely matter. Either send to my secondary account or dispurse funds to bank account linked to account
