What Choice Home Warranty did:
I waited 7 months of back and forth arguing with the company. After the second tech came in they said it was my fault because there were signs of mice in my stove top. There was mice because I went 7 months not using the appliance! They told me it was my fault and that I shouldn’t have mice in my house so they wouldn’t do anything. They were told by the tech it was a total replacement and they didn’t want to pay for a new stove. I started this claim in feb of 21. last contact was on 8/17/21. I had been paying 53.00 a month for a year and a half. When I stopped paying because they wouldn’t honor the contract, they threatened that they would not look at the claim any further unless I paid them. I don’t feel that I should pay for something that I am not getting!
