What Coinbase did:
My account was compromised on June 9th, 2021 through SIM swap. The account has been locked ever since that day. I have or had over $60,000 in cryptocurrency that I haven’t been able to know if it has been stolen. I’ve opened a trouble ticket case through Coinbase Support, filed a formal complaint, sent over dozen of emails for help but have been ignored. Live support doesn’t exist and the company does not respond at all. It has been 47 days without any help or response from Coinbase at all. I have also sent emails to CEO, as well as senior executives to get their attention on my issue and have been completely ignored. Coinbase doesn’t offer live support or customer service. Servicing customer that need help with compromised accounts is non-existent.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Unlock my account in order for me to assess the financial damage and take next steps. The company failed to protect my account and continues to fail with support.
