What Step did:
I opened a bank account through them. I than linked that bank account to my investment account through acorns. My step account was than shut down for whatever reasoning. So I had to changed my banking information for acorns in order to get my money from them. I am not able to until I can get a bank statement from step stating I had ownership of that bank account and they will not contact me back with that information. I have emailed them atleast 10-20 times. I am not able to access my money until they provide the info!
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund for money lost!!
