U-Haul Claim for Compensation

What U-Haul did:
I have had my belongs stored in Usual for bout two years now. Since the pandemic, they were supposed to have waived all late fees, but I have always had to play all of my late fees during this pandemic, even when I wasn’t working. There should be something done about this. I would like to have all of my previous late fees monies returned or posted to my account. But are still having a very hard time and they should waive all late fees. Thank you

What U-Haul did:
When I first rented the U-Haul I was told that the total cost was $66.65 and then they decided to charge my card again for $185.02 and if that weren’t enough they charge my card again for $204.63 I’m a single mother with a special needs child and this put my account into an overdraft as well as took away money that I needed to support my child with for the month that I don’t have now and I’m on a very fixed income
