What AT&T did:
Att has been charging a ghost fee for 45.50 as a monthly charge plus monthly charges on 3 lines but I only have 2 phones.The extra line was supposed to discount my bill but it is costing more. I am also being charged $33.34 for a new phone installment but charge a 5.00 upgrade fee. I am also paying .protect advantage support for 4 lines and protect advantage support for 4 lines and only have 2 physical phones

What AT&T did:
I spent 6 hours, on August 20, 2021 being transfered from one person to the next, each offering to resolve my issue by charging me more money. I’m a mechanic, I make $130.00/hour, they cost me $780.00 and I still ended up paying for a new plan because they screwed mine up, and when the line was somehow disconnected the operator never called back and nobody else I spoke with knew who it was or why he changed my plan but they definitely had no problem charging me more money to fix their mistake. Now I am $70.00 into a $30.00 plan and am out $780.00+30.00 for the new plan. This is ridiculous, they cost $810.00 to save themselves $15.00

I want the $810.00 they cost me back, and I don’t want credit with att because they will find a way to screw me over with that too

What AT&T did:
I’ve been on the phone for over an hour and a half with att and I’ve gotten no where! I called AT&T and let them know that my Wi-Fi is not working. I left my house at 11o’clock this morning came back at 11:30 and I had no Wi-Fi. The lady on the phone at AT&T claims that I was supposed to get a paper letter in the mail stating that my bill was $60.32 and she claims that my bill is supposed to be paid for on the 11th though when I receive my Wi-Fi I receive my Wi-Fi on the 21st the man that came in stated to be my mother that our bill was not needing to be paid until the 22nd so we are under the influence that our bill is not paid until the 22nd. I’m a college student and I have now missed three classes due to me not having Wi-Fi at my house because of a mixup on AT&T’s part. Three of the four AT&T customers Service representatives that I spoke with not only were the wrong department that I was in but they were also extremely rude and very argumentative. I try to put my point across and they kept telling me that I was incorrect. They kept stating that my bill was due on the 11th as I was stating that I never received a paper stating my bill was due. I tried to speak to multiple representative managers and none of them were able to come to the phone. I’m not understanding why I don’t know what’s going on with my Wi-Fi. As far as my Classes I explain to AT&T that if I cannot get my Wi-Fi working with-in now then AT&T has a whole company will be paying for my college tuition. Because I pay two to $3000 out of pocket for one class and I just missed three classes because I had to sit on the phone with AT&T for an hour and a half and that’s a problem to me. My name is Deondria ***** my phone number is ***-***-**** and when you do get the chance please get back in contact with me about the situation that’s going on its unbelievably ridiculous that I’m not only did I have to sit on the phone for an hour and a half with four different representatives that had no idea what they’re talking about but also due to the fact that I missed three classes which is primarily five to $6000 because you’re cut my Wi-Fi off mistaking my bill for being paid a day that it’s not supposed to be paid

I would like AT&T to credit my account for at least a month due to the fact that I had to miss three classes for being on the phone with them for an hour and a half. I don’t want any money I’m not asking for a refund I just want my Wi-Fi fixed so that I can have class.

Att quoted me $189.27 +tax for my phone service, I received my bill of $326.00. I’ve spent 3hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, they have hung up on me twice and finally offered me $30 credit, which is a slap in the face. I’ve wasted many hours over the last few days with this company. They are frauds and do not deliver what the promise

What AT&T did:
I am an unemployed female on disability, I called to inquire about internet options in my home. The representative went through all of the options with me and finally disclosed that a mobile wifi device would suit my needs. We chatted for a lengthy amount of time and I questioned this lady and had her reassure me that my bill would only increase by only $50. Low and behold my very next bill jumped from $123 to $500+. I ended up having to call every month trying to get credit for this situation because of a dishonest rep. Not only has this situation happened to me but a close friend of mine was just talked into switching her company by a rep as well and was promised that she would be paying what she was already paying on a different network, and just like me ended up stuck in a situation that she can’t get out of now. You’re reps continuously mislead people and then no one is held responsible besides the customers! I’ve had so many issues since the additions to my account and it isn’t fair at all, I’ve asked to speak to supervisors, I’ve even asked them to go pull the conversation and listen because we are on recorded lines and because it isn’t right that they are able to do things like that to people. When you call its extremely hard to get an actual person on the phone, and the automated system doesn’t seem to be so accurate. In very angry and have been now since that very day that I inquired about anything outside of my regular service… I wish that day NEVER happened, I loved this company and now I’m very displeased with it!!!
