Cash App Bad Customer Support

What Cash App did:
I let someone use my cellphone to make a calls and over two days time they were secretly sending themselves money through my Cashapp. I was accused of authorizing the transaction and I know I did not. Letting some use your phone to call jobs or family members is one thing but them deceptively transferring money to themselves leaving me flat broke is not right. I don’t feel they understand that people mess over other people all the time and everything should be reviewed on a case by case basis.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A refund of my money back would be great. Apparently CashApp does not care that situations like this cause people to be behind on bills and rent when they can’t get their money back that they worked hard for.
