What Comcast did:
I have Xfinity Home Internet, and I keep continuously have interruptions with the network outages. Each time I call Xfinity Comcast customer service they deliberately deflect the issue and tell me
They can’t provide me any credit until the issue is resolved. This method is intended to discourage customers from going through the same process again just to get a credit for the time I was without service. I pay for a service I expect to have it for the entire duration that I pay for without any interruptions.

What Comcast did:
I cancelled my service and returned their equipment at the start of COVID. The sent a bill claiming non receipt of the equipment and billed for services they say were provided. I could not receive services as the equipment was returned and no one was answer the phones and I had to take the equipment to Fed Ex/Kinkos to return it. They are billing me for services in the amount of $310.08.

What Comcast did:
Charged me for a box for months after I already gave the internet box back. Also was having trouble with the internet! It was not working right at all in my home . No one came to fix it but I still got charged
