What Comcast did:
I have Xfinity Home Internet, and I keep continuously have interruptions with the network outages. Each time I call Xfinity Comcast customer service they deliberately deflect the issue and tell me
They can’t provide me any credit until the issue is resolved. This method is intended to discourage customers from going through the same process again just to get a credit for the time I was without service. I pay for a service I expect to have it for the entire duration that I pay for without any interruptions.
