What Airbnb did:
Airbnb is not honoring the Host Guarantee by refusing to FULLY reimburse me for damages resulting from an unauthorized party. They only paid me about $6K of $16K that is due.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Reimburse me for ACTUAL damages caused by guest and her friends.
