What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I bought a brand new Revll4 phone exactly on June 24 2021 and metro by T-Mobile said it was a brand new phone which if it was brand new I would be having issues on the internet constantly saying on every page that there was an error n for me to sign out of chrome this started happening with this refurbished phone that they said was brand new. This is even worse than my Samsung phone I had n was doing same crap as this phone is doing but this phone is worse won’t stop freezing on every other page but I don’t get is why would the phone company straight say that this phone is brand new and really it wasn’t brand new cuz a new phone wouldn’t have issues like freezing on chrome everyother page n runs hella slow so a new phone would not have issues like this phone having only a refurbished phone would have the issues I’m having this is second time I filed a complaint on metro by T-Mobile cause of their phones issues that supposed to be brand new and wasnt…I was promised good service and that it was going be brand new with no issues which I paid $50 for this so called new phone. Plus I talked to someone from TMobile bout my claim n how they can solve the issue n they told me bearly couple days ago that my coverage On my account I been paying for was practically no good cuz I been paying for couple years a service that metro by T-Mobile never told me that I didn’t have coverage cuz they told me I had coverage which really I didn’t so I been paying my service for nonething practically getting ripped of by metro by T-Mobile n they never mention I didn’t have coverage so the person I talked to said that they would pay me $300 plus a month of free service that would start next month and for my phone to be unlocked but it been a week in half n still have received the $300 or my phone being unlocked everything metro by T-Mobile said they would pay me n award me to I haven’t seen or haven’t got no email from metro by T-Mobile…. I was asking for 2 brand new free phones since I didn’t get new phones I paid for instead I got a refurbished phone that wasn’t new at all n asking for $400 for the stress metro by T-Mobile has caused me this entire time n was asking if I could get paid back for the service I been paying on this entire time with no coverage that metro by T-Mobile never notify me bout no coverage at least pay back for 6 months of non coverage I paid for ain’t asking for all just only 6 month worth which my bill came out to$80 for past. 6 months

2 brand new 5g phone cause of a phone that I thought was brand new cause metro by T-Mobile told me was brand new with no issues that I paid for a refurbished phone that was supposed to be a brand new phone

What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I didn’t pay my phone for 2-3 months and they charge me to reconnect their charging me what I didn’t pay when I bough my phone they said when 6 months pass you can change company and I left to Mexico and I didn’t pay it for 2-3 months and their charging me like I paid my phone cash.
