What Verizon Wireless did:
They have over charged me multiple times I have caught it on my bills one time for a one line phone I had a $700 and something bill!! they have sent me many dysfunctional phones within a year of being a customer to them iPhones are good phones and Verizon is the only place I’ve ever had this many problems with!!

What Verizon Wireless did:
Sold a 5g phone and told i had unlimited data. I get 1 bar of 4g during the day and lose all data service at 8 pm every night. Told I had to upgrade service again today. I am paying for unlimited data… they throttle me down every night.

What Verizon Wireless did:
They sold me a service knowing that I have no service at home and the phone would not work properly. When I asked about it they said the $1300 phone they sold me was the problem. I had to switch carriers and buy another $1300 phone and I have no problems. Now the want to charge me for the service that didn’t work and the phone they refused to take back. June and July were the months affected and the phone was a I Phone 12 pro max. The same phone I got with another carrier now that works fine.
