Cash App Bad Customer Support
What Cash App did:
My account was hacked on February 1, 2021. My Chime card was linked to cash app. When I got hacked I reported it to both cash app and chime. Chime did give me the stolen money back on the February 3, 2021. But felt like cash app should of been responsible and went into my cash app without my consent and took back the the money from my cash app and now my cash app is negative $232 because chime went in to take back the money and cash app allowing it to happen. Now I don’t know what to do because the closed my account because I requested my money back. Please help me
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want my money back. Please do a full investigation between chime and CashApp.
