What Citibank did:
they allowed someone to get access to my account and steal money from me, then they proceeded to not return my money, and claim that I was the one making these transactions. On top of that they want me to pay back what the scammer stole from them, which is unbelievable because I had no part in it.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund, an apology and for them to solve their own issues.
