What Hertz did:
They charged me for damage that, by their own definition of what is “chargable damage” does not meet the guidelines for what is chargable. My credit card company successfully won a dispute over the charge with the evidence I supplied them, and now Hertz are coming after me with collections demands.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Drop the charges for damages that are demonstrably not larger than 10mm, as stipulated in their own “Chargable Damages” guidelines. Admit that they made an error and have been wrongfully pursuing me for this.
