What PayPal did:
I made an arrangement with a customer to remove websites that included true facts about a bogus legal case this man filed against a friend of mine. There was a $1,000 deposit required and then a $1,5000 final payment. The customer reviewed the agreement with the help of an attorney and paid the deposit. Then he refused to pay the final installment. I tried for a week to resolve things, but the customer wouldn’t make the last payment. He then filed a PayPal dispute, which I actually won on appeal. PayPal chose to permanently restrict my account and continues to hold hostage over $650 in cryptocurrency I have stored on their platform. The customer has since made multiple attempts to return to the previous deal that he breached. I insist on a new agreement written up with the help of the customer’s attorney and involving all parties signing it. I was the only one who signed the last agreement. The customer continues to threaten to have me charged with blackmail or extortion over an agreement that was 100 percent above board. There is no basis for criminal charges.
I need restored access to my account and all restrictions lifted.
