What AT&T did:
I pay for unlimited data. I only get 2 bars and I’m in Houston in a metropolitan area. I shouldn’t have no service when I pay for the best service. I also added my husband to my plan and upon signing he paid 100 for all the fees and everything. Today we get a bill of over 300 dollars for a 2-person line. It’s ridiculous.

What AT&T did:
ATT has offered a settlement and haven’t abided by that settlement. The account has a very high balance when they were suppose to cancel contract and
All fees associated plus a credit. This is outrageous and unacceptable because I have to pay Fairshake for something I haven’t received as of yet. As always ATT has been a headache and irresponsible.

I need to off my credit ASAP and the account wiped cleaned.

What AT&T did:
I have filed a request to unlock my iphone 11 [IMEI – ********] on 6th June, so far the request is still pending. I have contacted customer support numerous times and nobody is helping. everyone is giving different excuses. I am being emotionally and mentally tortured to unlock a device for which I have paid in full already.

I need them to unlock my phone immediately and pay me for 2 months of nonstop torture

What AT&T did:
I started out with ATTVNOW 3yrs ago; hearing bundle up not true, I switched my phone to ATT it’s been a nightmare ever since then. I’ve never seen a accurate bill I’m always charged or phone getting turned off for something and they won’t take any extra changes off, and lie to customers and then your stuck with them after taking your phone they wanna give you something cheap and still want money I just want out since 1 week later they wouldn’t give me back the value of mines so I can move on.

What AT&T did:
Over charging, $230 monthly including pmt toward phone but bill only $200 monthly for crap service and saying we kept missing payments here and there. I actually paid a bill thru att/direct tv that was not actually due because we had a house fire 7-12-2020 and I called that week to cancel and they failed to cancel leaving me owing a bill for over $250 which I had no idea, that money was supposed to go towards phone bill and did not. Spoke to several agents and supervisor on many occasions saying they would get it reversed and apologized for house fire (we lost everything) but yet that money never made it towards att phone bill….very upset with them
