What Airbnb did:
I was an Airbnb host. Guests set fire to my house. Airbnb refused to pay claim due to documents not being sent in time. Documents were sent 2 days after the request and 3 weeks before the deadline. They are standing by their argument that they never received it. I have email proof of sending it.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Pay the claimed amount.
