What AT&T did:
I have recordings. From august 13th. They completely lied about my bill multiple times changing the amounts. I ended a line then they send me a new phone and say it’s a dollar a month with no plan charge for a new promotion that they have. I spent over 4 hours out of my work schedule to call and try and figure it out. They now are making bring the phone to a post office and I have no. Whiffle and will have to pay for ubers out of pocket and now telling me my bill changed again I’d like to send in the recordings this is so unprofessional and a hassle and they don’t care. They have reps that say anything and lie to make a sale and then they no most won’t call back to fix the issue. Then today a supervisor said they can’t help me to just send the phone back and now tells me my bill will only be under 82 a month but every month th they do this and they make it double what they say. Please help!
I’m taking time ..hours out of my work schedule multiple times to fix this and show recordings to them.. now I have to pay money out of my pocket to get a phone to a post office in 24hrs for lies and a mistake they made!
60 a month for a new phone they sent me! Told me it would be a dollar!
Tax of 11.70 for a new phone and then any other charges and me having to Uber to take the phone to post office.
