Cash App Bad Customer Support

What Cash App did:
I was trying to send $250 to my boyfriend on one occasion which was around 9/20/2020 (this is when I sent a message to support) I can’t seem to find the transaction now in my records. Coincidence? Probably not. On another occasion which was around the same time, I tried to send my boyfriend $100 both times I was stopped and given a message that the payment was canceled for my protection. The funds were never returned to me but they claim that they did return the funds. There seems to be nothing I could do.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A refund
