What GEICO did:
When my insurance expired and I got new insurance with somebody else, Geico automatically renewed my insurance policy and automatically charged me and then when I called and told them I was not renewing and I did not approve this they just said it’s too late. They charged me and now my bill is in collections and affecting my credit
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund. And they need to remove the ding for my credit.
I also bought a car and it affected my APR rate
