What Sprint did:
It started out on Friday the 20th by trying to upgrade my phone and get a new one. I was told it would be overnight and I would have it the next day. When it didn’t arrive the next day I went to check the tracking and the order number they had sent me in the confirmation email was no good. I spent 30 minutes on the phone only to be told they could not do anything or find the order I then spent another 3 or 4 hours on the chat window with several different people trying to figure out why my order did not come. Finally that evening I got another order to go through, And it was going to be overnighted I assumed since it was so late in the day they said it would not grow until the next day so I would have the phone on Monday. On Monday morning I went to look the tracking number up to find out what time it may be here, Is only to find out it was another bad number. On Monday I received text messages verifying a code to make sure it was really me From then util Tue at 7 I spoke with approximately 22 -30 different peopl trying to straighten this out or cancel my plan…they refused to let me speak with a Manager, cancel my plan, they hung up on me, laughed at me AND hung up.
I spent 20 mark that 20 hours on the phone and hot nothing done. I was 2 be consumed gor my time wasted and for missing work for 2 days
