What Uber did:
On 7/16/2021 I hired an Uber ride from Orlando, FL to Old Town to my hotel. This ride was supposed to cost $58.62 one way, as I ordered an Uber Black, their luxury service. When the car arrived it was a Honda CVR, an older model, and the driver was less than friendly. I was taken to my destination, with a group of 3 other women, and the driver stopped in an unlit area of the parking lot. I expressed concern and requested to be let out near the entrance, a lit area. The driver refused and stated the GPS showed arrived and my group needed to exit the vehicle. Not only did I experience this horrid rude service, my account was charged twice and an attempt at a third. I paid $117.24 for an awful experience, in an economy car.

What Uber did:
I have ordered many delivery orders through uber eats as well as postmates and have been highly disappointed with their level of customer service. I’ve spent well over 5000 dollars on meals that have either never arrived or have arrived completely wrong. This morning I ordered from “I heart pancakes” I spent 50 dollars and expected to recieve:
Blueberry pancakes
Stuffed French toast
Eggs
White toast
Hashbrowns
3 drinks a cola ice tea and a lemonaide
And a fried fish dinner

The ONLY THING RIGHT IN MY ORDER WAS THE FISH DINNER… which I bought for my dog..
I contacted the delivery person and they did not take my call. I then took photos and sent them to uber eats support and was told once again I am ineligible for a refund and they wouldn’t be re-issuing my order..
I am a platinum customer with their services and despite the many lost orders I still have used this service for 2 reasons..
1. Because I desperately need the services they offer as my husband and I care for his elderly disabled parents and sometimes are not able to go get the items I have ordered
And 2. Because I keep hoping and being sadly disappointed that they will fix these issues and I will no longer encounter them..
Unfortunately they do not and so now I am extremely upset, out of money, and tired of losing my money for no reason at all.. please help.
