What Verizon Wireless did:
My internet service has not worked since I first purchased it back in April of 2021. I’ve had several Techs come in and make changes and I have called 20+ times complaining that it doesn’t work. I was supposed to get a new box by the 10th of august when I called to complain on the 5th. It’s the 25th I still have no new box or WiFi. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED FOR MY BUSINESS!
