Chase Bank Claim for Compensation

What Chase Bank did:
They closed a claim case because I did not have money on my account..ridiculous..
They failed to remebust me on a claim that was a fraudulent transaction and I explained my situation and they denied me hurt me I was dependent on that income…so early this year I had a roommate who used my card phone and info to make transactions to my card and the whole time I thought I lost all my things from a road trip I took with the room mate..anyways so I tried to cash my unemployment checks from this year and I was told they were used already found out how it happened from my roommates ex girlfriend so I tracked down on fb any ways I told chase what happened and they said because my account is not active they closes the case/claim but I only don’t have an account because they charge a tax for not having 1500 dollars in the account and during a pandemic I wasn’t not trying to get taxed every month on top of bills and rent..I cudnt so I closed it but still doesn’t help me
