What T-Mobile did:
I have 3 lines with Tmobile and my information was hacked. i recieved a notice that my information is on the dark web. i pay $162 a month and they gave me mc afee for a year or 2 for free im not sure but i am sure that they didnt catch this before it even happened. my credit score has went down. i need someone to help me

my credit score has went down i know its not me because im starting a small business and i have credit karma and lexington working on my credit, I have been told my information is now in the dark web.I need assistance getting my credit back right. i have been a loyal customer for 8 months never late on any bills

What T-Mobile did:
My phone was hacked or sim swapped on January 31 2021 causing a hack into my Coinbase account all of my assests where stolen. I contacted Coinbase countless time I also contacted T mobile to no avail have I received my assets or funds I am very disturbed by this. I was able to download a transaction report from my Coinbase account an I have also received several letters from T-Mobile regarding my account being tampered on several occasions. Please help me

What T-Mobile did:
Their network signal was not working around my home address, calls dropped, break up in all my phone calls. I could not hear ir understand anyone when they called me. Fie 3 months I called several times . They admitted the area had a few claims regarding same issue. They first send me a Sim card and didn’t work, secondly their reps said next step was to replace my device. They send me a new one and asked me to mail my old one. Surprisingly later my bill comes 1100.00 they said my old phone had a crack on the screen and warranty was not covering the exchange. I was never told this and also have my damage warranty I pay for my phone but the representative failed to do it the right wY and failed to ask the right questions. Why in the world would I choose pay 1000 for a new phone when I can just do a claim and pay 150 Co pay thru my warranty. Plus I did the phone exchange because of their steps to help resolve their network issue. It was never the phone . Even with the new on they sent still had the same problem. Now they don’t want to pay for their mistake and bill me completely. I requested my old phone back and offered to return the one they sent but the manager I spoke Joe was not help at all and refused to provide me with upper management names to file a claim and lawsuit. I feel really abused because they just sold me another phone and their network was the problem.

T-Mobile close my account with spring open an account with T-Mobile charge me $65 for services which I paid only $30 with spring I want to get out of having an account with T-Mobile and go back to spring or take another carrier but I’m very unhappy with the services and the support that I have not gotten from T-Mobile and spring. Cell phone ***-***-**** my name is Gaspar *****

Close my account with T-Mobile reinstate me with spring and charge me only $30 a month for my cell phone service if not cancel my account with T-Mobile and I will look elsewhere

Me and my mother are current customers and have Ben victims to the recent t mobile data breach. I for one am outraged I have had recent fraudulent pulls on my credit from someone applying for loan with my ssn. This is jus one not including the possibly several other debts or financial things that has or/can happen in the near future.my name is Christopher ***** and my mothers name is Charlene ***** she is the primary account holder. I would like some kind of compensation rather it be from 6 month to a year bill credit or choice of Any 2 t mobile phones fully paid

my information was exposed in TMobiles data breach and had three (3) attempts of unauthorized sign in to my Google account so far. Spent approximately 4 hours on changing passwords and banking information. Its also costing me $255.00 to switch carriers as my phone won’t work on at&ts network plus $21.00 more a month in phone bill.
