What T-Mobile did:
They sold me service knowing I wasnt going to be able to use it. They offered a 5g box but never sent it. They autopsy charged me. Then returned the payment all to charge me and lock all the phones. Theyve now sent it to collection

What T-Mobile did:
I had two phones in my name for my boyfriend & I! When I first joined them imported my number from Verizon and they was supposed to buy out our contract but they didn’t! Then after I claimed about that, I was supposed to get a credit to my bill but didn’t! When I finally had enough and decided to leave the company I turned in the phones and was later slapped with a bill for the phones stating I didn’t turn them in when Infact I did! Now they are reporting on my credit and I dropped 60 points!

Every time I had to Pay My Bill’s Either the Phone Shut Down or I lost service for Days at a Time. Which cause Me to Pay$ Late Fees at $35.00 Per Credit Card. I have 15 Credit Cards a 5 -8 Month throughout.

They took a payment off my card and proceeded with it and said it was paid on the T-Mobile app I can screenshot to show you and saying my payment isn’t posted from the 13 of aug don’t want to listen to me or find the payment I’m willing to sue

Sent my account to collections for 1800 bucks I bought two phones last year and every since I’ve been in constant contact the deal was 450 bucks for the two phones on a promotion I have bad service we were having technical issues so they unlock the phone for Us and let us choose our own provider so we went to straight talk with our phones and we are were supposed to pay 450 bucks within a two year span at $16 a month but I lost two weeks worth of non-paid work taking days off to talk to these people and countless personal unpaid hours when they would eventually call back in the end I got stabbed with a $1800 collections bill when the original amount was half of $900On promotion I am so mentally stressed and mentally exhausted from this I have had to go and see a counselor nobody from there cares they only make promises and they don’t keep them everything is extremely well notated in their computers and everything is recorded on their phone calls I want compensation for the stress they have caused meAt the very least I want this phony wrong Amount of collection erased It has not hit my credit report yet but I am receiving letters in the mail for $1800 T-Mobile stole 900 and something dollars out of my account and then they finally gave it back to me and took my card off auto pay my water got turned off because of the situation we did not have water to bathe or cook
The worst part is the emotional stress I am going through a refinance mortgage right now all over two phones that are junk
I want the $1800 bill wiped clear I only technically owe them 450 bucksThey promise by promotion it’s in their notes they kept on screwing everything up for the last eight months I’ve dealt with this and now they say there’s nothing they can do

I would like for them to wipe this debt I/O them off but I don’t know if there’s any amount of money that can make up for the amount of stress that I I have been through for the past almost a year now dealing with T-Mobile and their poor customer service they say they are going to do one thing and they don’t know they never do it they put things in escalation and then I called back and then they re-escalate it and nothing ever gets done it was supposed to be half of $900 I don’t know where they got the $1800 from

My identity information was compromised due to a data breach, T-Mobile was negligent in allowing the data breach to occur and put them at risk of identity theft and long-term injury by letting their personal information be exposed, The data breach includes customers’ names, Social Security numbers, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, and unique device identification numbers.
