Airbnb Bad Customer Support

What Airbnb did:
I am a hostess (located in Bakersfield, CA) who got the short end of the stick and I’m considering seeking damages. My listing was suspended without explanation for 3 months (I just happened to discover it) after a guest (a couple, actually) made me feel unsafe in my own home, damaged my personal property, and refused to communicate properly. They also harassed me via texts after they left and I vocalized that to AirBnB. I have filed a BBB complaint for their negative review to be removed and my listing reinstated, but AirBnB has cost me business in the meantime and I have no idea how long the resolution (if any) will take through BBB. That still doesn’t address lost business, however, hence why I’m contacting you. It’s been 3 days now of the suspension out of 90, and I usually charge between $39 and $53 a night with a cleaning fee ranging from $6-20.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Immediate reinstatement of my listing, removal of the negative review from Chelsie *****, and monetary compensation of $65.96/day since August 25 until issue is resolved along with a minimum of $1,000 for damages.
