T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
T-Mobile home internet service is false marketing in Phoenix AZ using a zip code web checker to attract potential customers into signing up for a no contract plan promising 5G high speed only to be disappointed by less than dial-up modem connectivity. Victims aren’t able to discontinue service by phone, webchat, email, or in-person and left with the monthly surcharges and hardware cost to pay for a lemon, amounting up to $1000 per account. It takes 4-6 weeks to receive the router, which doesn’t work and requires contacting customer service to update and troubleshoot to no avail, taking 2-3 weeks further and still not resolving the problem and offer to ship a replacement unit at more delay, potentially paying 3 months out of pocket still without internet service. The store can only help victims sign-up and unable to assist with discontinuing or taking back the router returns. T-Mobile hasn’t provided a return label for where to send the device back to in order to stop the billing.

Class action lawsuit if other similar behavior cases exist from T-Mobile.

I have been on there old plan for the past three years. They have been overcharging me for the past 2 years. My data plan is equivalent to the essentials plan. The essential plan is 60 and I’ve been paying 75.

One im o n a military buissness account my data was breached.i complained about alot of things for the longest.i had spent over two months n the everyday.my phone was hacked and controlled.they neglected this.i lost money from not working and having to spend majority of the day calling instead of focusing on my buossness.all the reps and m angers don’t follow proper procedures long wait tim initially when I inquired about service for the network test drive it took them a month of run around and broken promises . Before my service was even started.i feel like.well I know. For a fact that in their training there’s certain things as red flags to look out for .in correct information. Due to not properly following proper procuders and an unsecured security which they promoted to be the best program is failing its alot to type

What T-Mobile did:
They did nothing to prevent our cellphones from being hacked. They would have us upgrade and then I had to pay for 3 phones hacked and 3 new phones. This happened so much, they had to change our phone numbers and open a new account with them. We finally changed to ATT. T-mobile sent me a bill for $2400 3 years after the account is closed and paid.

What T-Mobile did:
I moved to a rural area in SC in April 2021. I was informed that they had 5G LTE service here. They don’t. I have lost a job, missed news about a death in my family, and have missed countless calls and texts from important people. I have been paying $240 a month for service I am not getting. I can’t text or call from my own home unless it is Facebook messenger. I have spent a total of seven hours on the chat because I am unable to make calls to still have my issue unresolved. I have driven 35 minutes into town to visit the store twice and they have not been able to resolve my issue either. My contract is not even a year old so I want to sue to leave without penalty, receive compensation for the past 4 months of no service, as well as pain and suffering from losing a job opportunity and not feeling safe.

First of all I was notified by t-mobile that my information was stolen from them. They claimed that someone came in as a bad actor and stole thousands of peoples information. My information can be anywhere on the dark web and I honestly think that when something like this happens we should be paid for this. My address, social security all my information. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this type of stuff especially that it’s such a big company.
