What Airbnb did:
They took over 19 months of and still haven’t resolved my issue caused by their services. They’re not admitting any fault nor are they acknowledging the dangers they had out me and my mother in from their subsequent ignorance to my claim they’ve been out me in a state of stress that has been documented amongst other items to prove the affects of this miserable process Airbnb has caused.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Compensation medical and other fees accumulated from the time the issue start back in January of 2020 the resulted from them. An apology written on letter head to both my mother and I.
