Walmart Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

What Walmart did:
I bought a laptop Lenovo through Walmart online. When I tried to return it walmart says we can’t help you. It was sold through a 3rd party marketplace. Which I did not know when buying the laptop. The laptop does not work. Only shows a screen that reads “Chromebook” and nothing else. I bought the laptop June 15th 2021….I used my email address ******@*****.*** and home phone number ***-***-****…When I contact Walmart or Lenovo…each refers me to the other. They have my order number *************** and the SN# *********. I was given a case number also which no one will accept #40DZ373…I want to return the laptop for full purchase price.. no one will send a return sticker to me. Two months and all I have gotten from Walmart and Lenovo is the runaround. I am 61 years old do not know a lot about computers I know how to use Facebook and Ebay. An I have no one that will help, Best Buy tried to help but the Geek Squad could not get the laptop to work and suggested I return the laptop to the seller. I bought the laptop with my Walmart Card…. I have no receipt just the order number…..

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A full refund of the $194.00 I was charged on the credit card.
