What Cash App did:
My cash app account was compromised, so in cases like this I presume time is of the essence…There is no real customer support…I explained in an email the seriousness of this situation and recieved a text asking me for information they should have…
There are no phone numbers readily available for them to assist you…I finally found a phone number and it takes me 2 days to get someone to answer the phone….Customer support told me to open another account so they can help me with the one I can’t get into…This is a app that keeps all financial transactions when you use it, has debit card as well as banking services that they encourage you to use. The lack of immediate response has compromised my other credit card and debit card attached by their lack of response when situation was explained to them by email…which has caused me financial issues….
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Replace any money that has been taken from my account with them…
