What T-Mobile did:
My account was hacked and I notified T-Mobile one week ago and it’s gotten worse. They have allowed someone to hack into my account and make purchases and use my credit and allowed other people to use my money and my account to do tons of illegal transactions and my identity has been stolen due to T-Mobile ignoring my requests to not allow any of this to happen
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund and more to get my identity back.
