What DoorDash did:
DoorDash app did not recognize the DashPass offered by Chase credit cards. Customer service replied that they cannot refund fees that supposed to be free using the DoorDash pass. All the payments were processed through the same card. When I request refund per single order it is processed. But company tries to refuse refund for 1 or 2 month ago transaftions. I am suspicious about how they process refunds. customer support tried to deciece me.
