What Amazon did:
Agent to took the product with him. And after an hour he cancelled my pickup and he did not return the item back to me but Amazon states that the agent has returned the item and I have checked and asked everyone but no one has received the item. Now I do not have the product nor the item. Kindly help me to get the refund.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I need my refund and I want to them to pay the credit card penalties that bank is charging on my card
