What Brinks Home Security did:
I was a customer for 2 years 2019 & 12/2020. I ordered security camera for the backyard and doorbell ring for the front door. These cameras stopped working May 2021. From June 2021 to September 2021 my cameras have not worked. Four different times I have made appointments to have them fixed. They still do not work. I have requested my services be cancelled. Sent certified letter 8/17/2021 to Executive office Attn: TeVondra *****. I want my service cancelled and my money paid for cameras and services be refunded.
