What Brinks Home Security did:
I am paying for a service they do not provide. I moved, the installation guy never came, I have called numerous times and been on hold for hours then they just hang up or transfer me to a department that doesn’t answer. It is impossible to get my service I am paying for installed in my new house or to cancel my service. They are in breach of contract for not proving my services or giving me any way to cancel.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund and cancellation of my contract that they refuse to abide by.
