What T-Mobile did:
T-Mobile has reported a $214.00 balance to the credit bureau, via a 3 party collections agency by the name of southwest systems. I reached out to T-Mobile in regards to the debt. And I’m as advised that I didn’t owe them one cent. I reached out to sprint being that I did have an account with sprint and they have partnered with T-Mobile and they advised me I didn’t owe them as well. This is hurt my credit score. And I have spent the last 45 days calling T-Mobile, Sprint & the collection agency. I requested a validation letter and yet to receive it. I have never had a contract with T-Mobile. And they have verified and will not correct the error on my credit.

What T-Mobile did:
On July 10, 2021, I stopped by a T mobile kiosk at the National baseball hall of fame sports event at the Denver Convention Center, a representative Claudia B. offered me $90 tax included, unlimited, for two lines, two Plus 1 free phones, no contract only if I switched at that event. I switched right on the spot.
So far I have not received that rate, paying $120 per month for the two lines and when I visited the store they told me phones weren’t free if I don’t stay with the company for 2 years. I feel Scammed. If I want to change companies I have to pay about $400 for the 2 phones and loosing $30 per month for the misleading offer.
