Brinks Home Security Lied About the Price

What Brinks Home Security did:
My alarm continues to “issue a false alarm” and I have had to disconnect the entire system leaving me unprotected in a rural area. This is the fourth incident and Brinks say’s that the system checks out “normal”. They refuse to send a tech out to check it out or rather, they say they will send the tech but he never comes. I am at an end with Brinks and I want the system out of my house and I don’t wish to pay any more for it. They tack on fees etc. and I am tired of their lies and dodging the issues.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Install a new alarm head that really works or cancel my account
