What T-Mobile did:
I Was Suppose To Get Discounted Off My Bill For The Next Few Months. For Some Reason I Am Still Paying $80 When It’s Suppose To Be $50-75 Off Of My Bill I Called Twice And Still No Help. I Submitted The Discount( Emergency Broadband Benefit) To My Account Twice And They Said It ISNT Showing On Their End When I Have Proof That I Was Approved And That I Applied The Discount To My Account. They Are Now Telling Me To Start Over. I Cant Really Do That Because my Deadline Is October 15 ,2021. I Applied And Got Approved In July They Said It Will Take Up To 2 Months.

Sell all my personal information I have people constantly calling me trying to scam me I have no idea how these people got my phone number I’ve been with T-Mobile for past 12 years with the same phone number at least one time a day I get a call from a scammer

What T-Mobile did:
I was with them for years . I was overcharged on my bill every month between promised prices on deals that was not on my account and made up charges and late fees. I also had money taken out of my account multiple times without my permission and I wasn’t signed up for autopay . I overpaid so much money with T-mobile over the years .

What T-Mobile did:
My address has been placed on a waiting list for T-Mobile home internet service and i have been had the service since Feb but they are now saying i cant use it. They have hung up on me multiple times when i have called in to complain about not being able to get service. I was told i shouldnt have been sent a 5G tower since the 5G in my area is not yet working. I was promised by Jem on September 27,2021 at 7:43 pm my internet would be finished being fixed by September 20, 2021. Then i was told last night on September 6 2021 and they were supposed to order me a 4G device to provide me the service that i needed. This device has not yet been able to be ordered.

What T-Mobile did:
They have over drafted my bank about claiming they charged me in the same day as I paid. Blaming me that the account was over drafted. They charged me on 2 different days and was told if I paid prior to the auto process I wouldn’t be charged. They won’t return my money.

I want my bill money and time…I spent hrs trying to get refunded. $50 over draft fees.

T-Mobile had a beech of contract some person stole information that had all of customers info on it all they offered was a better protection this happened august 2021 I want a 2 hundred dollar refund I paid 2 hundred dollars in August of 2021 T-Mobile needs to care more when things happen like this

What T-Mobile did:
I am a realtor and work from home. I switched from Verizon. Traded my Samsung and got $800 trade in. Horrible reception. Complained about bad reception before the 14 day cancelation. They told me my trade in is gone and if I canceled wont be getting the value and not to cancel because they can send me
signal booster. I get the round around for a week about the booster and at the end found out that they haven’t offered booster for 1 year.
