T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What T-Mobile did:
I Was Suppose To Get Discounted Off My Bill For The Next Few Months. For Some Reason I Am Still Paying $80 When It’s Suppose To Be $50-75 Off Of My Bill I Called Twice And Still No Help. I Submitted The Discount( Emergency Broadband Benefit) To My Account Twice And They Said It ISNT Showing On Their End When I Have Proof That I Was Approved And That I Applied The Discount To My Account. They Are Now Telling Me To Start Over. I Cant Really Do That Because my Deadline Is October 15 ,2021. I Applied And Got Approved In July They Said It Will Take Up To 2 Months.
